My Story

I am Bryan Michel Nogbou, a french professional with 10 years of international experience in EMEA. With an MBA in Project Management and a background in psychology, I bring a unique mix of international business acumen and human understanding. Passionate about technology, strategy, and building meaningful connections, I thrive in dynamic environments where growth and collaboration drive success.

Born in 1993 in Strasbourg, France, I have always been motivated by growth and building personal value. That drive led me to pursue a science-focused high school diploma.

After graduating, I chose to study Psychology for my Bachelor’s degree. You may ask, why psychology ? To be honest, my first motivation was to complete a degree, which I did. The second reason is because I am interested about knowing people and their story. During that time I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of social interactions and find the right words to describe the things I was already seeing around me.

I could say, I am the never settle type of guy.

After graduating from the University of Strasbourg, I decided to step out from my comfort zone and I move to Dublin, the Irish capital. This choice was not only motivated by my will to learn english but it has been also nurtured by my curiosity to learn more about the culture, the people and the way business is conducted abroad in this land full of opportunities. Over there, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in psychology to thrive in my IT journey while I was holding roles in Business Development, Customer Support and Experience.

Always curious seeking more and wanting to perfect my understanding of business and how I could help them thrive in competitive, fast-paced environments, I went back to my schoolbooks and pursued an MBA in Project Management.
During my past experiences, I already had practical experience with projects and their life cycle, but I wanted to learn the right tools and methods. I approached this challenge with focus and determination, balancing efficiency with discipline. I put in the work, stayed focused on results, and graduated with honours.
