Bryan’s academic background
Over the past ten years, I’ve built international experience across France, Ireland, and Ivory Coast, working in business development, project management, and strategy consulting. Along the way, I’ve delivered results. By helping businesses grow, managing complex projects, and building meaningful relationships. None of this would have been possible without the knowledge and perspective I gained throughout my education.
My Education
My Degree in Psychology
In Sales, it was meaningful as I learned to ask the right questions, listen actively, and recognize interests that translate into buying signals. Once identified, I leveraged persuasion principles such as reciprocity and the foot-in-the-door technique to build trust and close deals
Whereas, in Customer Support, psychology allows me to approach clients with empathy, defuse frustration, and use conflict resolution skills to transform a negative experience into a positive one. Moreover, constantly using feedback to nurture my approach.
Across both areas, I applied my psychology abilities to read subtle clues—such as tone, words, or behaviours. Then, I adapt my interpersonal communication style to the client’s mindset. This makes conversations more natural, effective, and client-centred.
My MBA
Although I gained relevant experience in my career, my MBA has provided me with a solid foundation in business strategy, project management, and leadership.
Which I have applied across different roles and industries. I have learnt to segment a big picture into small feasible projects aiming towards a final goal.
In Strategy Consulting, it has helped me structure market analysis, financial forecasting, and business planning. To support growth and successful decision-making.
In Project Management, it has given me the tools to oversee complex initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping risks under control.
Across all my experiences, my MBA and my bachelor’s have strengthened my ability to connect the dots between strategy and execution, helping me not only understand the bigger picture but to translate it into practical results as well.
